The Union Bay Development will be a “game changer” for the entire Comox Valley and central Vancouver Island. With miles of walking and hiking trails, beautiful beaches and extraordinary views of Baynes Sound, Denman & Hornby Islands, the Georgia Straits and the Coastal Mountain Range, it will be a “one of a kind” development that will dominate the real estate market for the foreseeable future. The scale of this 789 acre project is large enough to be able to provide amenities other smaller developments cannot and will change the character of the Comox Valley. It is virtually building a new community with all of the amenities which come with it.

Home prices in the Comox Valley are 30% to 40% lower than prices in the greater Victoria area and 10% to 20% less than Nanaimo, Qualicum and Parksville on central Vancouver Island.

The diversity of the land is truly unique, the ecology unparalleled, the setting one of the best in North America, with extraordinary mountain and ocean views and stunning beaches that provide a spectacular backdrop to this exceptional part of the world.
