CD Zone 3

On the waterfront to the east of the Coastal Highway an exciting mixed-use Waterfront Village including a 300+ slip marina, a hotel, retail space, seniors housing and waterfront condos has been planned.

To the north, along the beachfront, 136 condo units averaging 1,250 sq. ft. with 20,000 sq. ft. of upscale, ground floor retail.  These 3 & 3.5 story complexes will all have walk on beach access.
Directly behind the waterfront condos, 62 garden- court, ground floor condos for seniors are planned.
Vast sandy beaches will be created by importing beach sand from nearby Texada Island and once the remediation of the adjacent coal hill lands has been completed 1.5 miles of beachfront will be available for use by residents and guests.
